I will start by retweeting my own tweet which @PLMyburgh has tried so cleverly to ignore because this is the crux of the matter
Whilst @PLMyburgh and his many stories are discredited. I was amused by the comments of many on this platform. I was truly saddened. But today, I will not sleep at 3pm. I will address only two issues to expose the lie that is PLMyburg.
I learned only late tonight that there was a big circus on Twitter today about “tall trains”. The idiots that could not sustain arguments last night and early hours of this morning tried to get @MLMyburg to respond only to revive the corpse of a man who died years ago.
After @PLMyburg had confirmed or deny, I will post the legal requirements to expose his first lie. He knows if he starts with the Minimum Height of 4,5m, the entire false story about tall trains in South Africa falls away.
Can @PLMyburgh deny that the train trip to Cape Town had passed through the longest tunnel in the country and did this without any difficulty, compared to many of the existing locomolives in the country?
Did @PLMyburgh tell his cheering crowd that one of the major tests for locomotives are tunnel tests and that the AFRO4000 passed this with flying colours?
In my welcoming address to the journalists, I made a joke and aid the journos should put on the “makarapas” in case the tall train hits one of the brigades or fail to come out of the tunnel. I was mocking the false theory of the tall trains.
Did @PLMyburgh tell you that in 2015, I invited journalists on a train ride pulled by the AFR04000. I invited him to sit in the driver cab. We travelled with @PLMyburgh from Bosman to Pretoria North and back, there was no incident. He left the station exposed and embarrassed.
Attached to my Affidavit to the Commission are Werksmans Reports. They show that the stories written by @PLMyburgh, sometimes word for word, were written by Werksmans and BCPS & published under his name or his colleague, Pauli van Wyk. I do not take them seriously as journous.
Did @PLMyburgh tell his cheering crowd that one of the major tests for locomotives are tunnel tests and that the AFRO4000 passed this with flying colours?
Did @PLMyburgh tell you that before new locomotives or trains are deployed, they’re subjected to a 6-month “Testing and Commissioning Phase”, a key requirement of the RSR. Did @PLMyburgh post the results of the actual tests and not his irrelevant documents he put up today.
Did @PLMyburgh tell you that the first AFRO4000 was received in Cape Town on 1 December 2014 by Popo Molefe who delivered a speech praising this locomotive as a great innovation that has been built to meet South African railway standards?
DCJ Zondo should invite the SABS, RSR and @PLMyburgh to testify about rail standards. The country will be shocked that all of us, allowed ourselves to be misled by a journalist hired to reproduce Werksmans & BCPS reports as if this was the work of an “Investigative jourmalist”.
Please ask yourself why @PLMyburgh was the only journalist able to write on average two stories a week on PRASA after July 2015. Was this because he is a hard worker and a committed investigative journalist? No, his stories were leaked to or written for him by Werksmans & BCPS.
Did you know that @PLMyburgh is the one to break the story about my properties. Was this investigative journalism? No. This was prepared for him by Paul O’Sullivan, the biggest crook in the country. @PLMyburgh uses the exact words of an affidavit deposed to by O’Sullivan.
Did @PLMyburgh tell you that the Commission had served him with Rule 3.3 Notices in regard to the lies about “tall trains” and the other big one, trying to link former President Zuma to looting at PRASA. He cannot hide. If allowed, I may even cross-examine him to expose his lies.
He nearly died that day. I was so scared because I though this guy has gone mad and trying to kill himself. He should tell you the real story and not the attempts to be some kind of a hero on twitter.
You do not have to like menbut please ask simple and practical questions: the first, was @PLMyburgh on the train that was pulled by one of the AFRO4000 locomotives in PTA, if yes, let him share his experience and what he told his bosses when he got back to the office.

The second question: since the 13 locomotives were built in Valencia, Spain, transported to South Africa by sea and ultimately delivered at the Port of Cape Town, how did they get to Jhb, Bloemfontein, East London, etc? Were they perhaps flown from CPT to any of these cities?
