“Wooh! We in this motherfucker!” he said in the Facebook livestream video. "Bro, they stormed the Capitol, bro…pushed the cops out of the way, everything… took it over.” 
Importantly, it looks like the feds proactively obtained the information from Facebook in response to a search warrant.
It doesn’t look like this case came about as a result of a tip from a Facebook friend, but rather because the feds got a search warrant for Facebook videos posted from the Capitol. justice.gov/file/1356986/d…
