5)Biden could not take the oath prior to 11:59:59 on the 20th of January. It simply isn't legal. President Trump was still President until 11:59:59 January 20, 2021! You know that video has a time stamp!There are 65k soldiers in DC. No one saw the ceremony at noon on the 20th.
