i find it weird that whenever we discuss bubbline a lot of people are often adamant that we should never call either of them lesbians because both canonically had relationships with guys in the past
it's like you have to be a gold star lesbian to deserve to be called a lesbian at all which is not really great for real life lesbians who might have dated men because of compulsive heterosexuality
it's okay to headcanon pb and marceline as bi, but i think the argument that they're 100% Not Lesbians At All For Sure when a lesbian wants to headcanon them as such is not valid
i think marceline was the first character ever i heavily related to to the point of basing my entire wardrobe at the time around her style and it was back when i still thought i was straight and was dating a guy so this is kinda personal
