Tracebacks are now faster. Deep tracebacks with large files could take a few seconds to generate. This was mainly because Rich would highlight the entirety of the file and discard all but a few lines. It's now ~3X faster
Also in this version, Rich will now use the "full" 16-color palette on Windows legacy. Previously "bright_red" would result in "red", and you needed "bold red" to get the bright version.
