Seems @DelhiPolice is hell bent on making this ugly. They are using the tear gas and the lathis indiscriminately now.

A section has reached Lal Qila. That’s all they’ve been asking for. They did not come here to vandalize or set things on fire. Their protest is a symbol of resistance & Lal Qila means something to Punjabis.

Farmers have caught a man who broke the window panes of the buses. There were 8-9 other guys with him who escaped. He isn’t part of the farmers protest & seems to have been planted by the police to create disturbance.

A farmer climbed up an empty post & hoisted ‘Nishan Sahib’, the flag that is hoisted at every Gurdwara.

Let me correct the misinformation spread by Godi channels.

Tricolour wasn’t replaced, it’s still up at the original higher post at the back & this isn’t the Khalistani flag.

This is my last post for today before I take a short break & sleep (it’s 2:25 am here).

It’s important to note who went into the Lal Qila & hoisted the flag. It wasn’t the members of any of the registered farmer unions, but Deep Sidhu & his followers.

In last few hours a lot has been confirmed.

It was indeed the BJP worker, Deep Sidhu who laid the siege at Lal Qila & hoisted the flag.

It has also been alleged by the people on scene that he was allowed to enter the premises by the police at the orders of somebody high up.

Soon there after, he exited Lal Qila & left the unaware farmers at the spot for the police to retaliate & take them to task.

While returning, he was confronted by genuine farmers belonging to the unions who questioned his actions.

He had no answers & was seen fleeing.

The official spokesperson & leader of one of the farmer unions clearly states what Deep Sidhu did & how he mislead hundreds of people.

He did not have the support or endorsement of any kind from any farmer union.

Would the national media pick this? I doubt.

After Deep Sidhu ran away from Lal Qila untouched by police, leaving thousands stranded there, Sikh elders pacified the protestors & asked them to retreat.

They are seen repeatedly saying, ‘this will hurt us, please stop’.

No main stream channel is showing this or ever will.

Deep Sidhu, Lakha Sidana and Sukhpreet Udoke instigated the youth for 6 hrs straight after hijacking the stage at the Singhu border.

Any FIR by @DelhiPolice?

BJP MP @iamsunnydeol has been a close contact of Deep Sidhu from years & Deep managed his campaign in 2019 elections.

Though Sunny Deol has repeatedly said that he or his family have no connection with Deep, the video proves otherwise.

@DelhiPolice should investigate closely.

Another video has surfaced of Deep Sidhu trying to escape the Lal Qila region with much hurry.

Not only does he seem to be in a hurry to get out of that area, he is also being shooed away by the protestors annoyed with his theatrics of flag hoisting.

Delhi Police has arrested 200 protestors who took part in the #TractorParade yesterday & Deep Sidhu isn’t one of them.

They’ve also registered FIR against union leaders & his name isn’t included there either.

What should one conclude from this?

Without provocation or any untoward incident, farmers camping at their regular protest site have been taken by surprise by a late night lathi charge.
