A little raw and dirty analysis on the basis of limited data follows.

1. Let's assume all the 428k vaccinated people are over 60. They aren't, but most will be and this assumption will tend to conservatism in the analysis.
There are 1,471,000 over-60s in Israel. In the last week, 4,723 of them received their first positive coronavirus test, which is 0.3% of the total cohort. 
So 0.3% of all over-60s in Israel got a positive virus test last week. In the week-past-two-shots group, only 0.015% got a positive test. That's 95% less.
BUT... well, most of the over-60s group are already 14 days or more past their first shot, and actually the 1.4M includes the 428k who are a week past two shots.
If we subtract the 428k people (and 63 cases!), we end up with 1.04M people and 4,660 cases, or a weekly infection rate of 0.44%, vs the 0.015% in the two-shot group. Which is a whopping 97% reduction.
Thinking about this, it's not surprising. Unlike in clinical trials, real-life vaccinations have secondary population effects. Two over-60s who live together both get the shot; care homes and assisted living centres get vaccinated en masse.
