2nd Impeachment trial against Donald Trump is even more Unconstitutional than the 1st. Article 1 Sec 3 Clause 6 says “ When the President of the United States is tried the Chief Justice shall preside. “ Trump cant be tried as a US citizen & a US Senator cannot preside over trial!

The 1st impeachment against President Trump (if you remember) didn’t include valid crimes in the criminal code. The Dems literally subjectively manufactured what Dems believed to be crimes in their view rendering both of their articles from House Democrats invalid on its face.
