We don't talk nearly enough about how awful CNBC & Fox Biz are. Both provide nothing of real value.

The programming is propaganda for billionaires delivered by simps like Kudlow & Bartiromo. I hope this is evident now.

It's been long forgotten but the CNBC that exists today is actually the creation of Roger Ailes. He took over the channel in 1993 and set the template for how it has operated ever since: Happy-talk anchors who know nothing but "bull market is good!"

CNBC has consistently disgraced itself with incompetent on-air interviews of CEOs. It has also contributed immensely to the short-term value obsession that has weakened so many companies, causing them to become takeover fodder for vulture capitalists who pick them apart and sell.

It's no surprise then that Fox Business Network has become a televised daily abortion, a stitched-up chimera made of the very worst parts of CNBC and Fox News.

No sane person would ever take advice from Dobbs, Bartiromo, & Kudlow. Except for Donald Trump and the FBN viewers.

Think about it! The so-called "investor class" takes advice from a old coot obsessed w/voting machines & illegal aliens (Dobbs) & a fake economist who's never been right about anything (Kudlow).

No wonder they got along so well w/Trump. And no wonder the economy sucks.

Also worth noting (as TNR does above) that finance teevee raging against its m̶a̶r̶k̶s̶ viewers is nothing new. Rick Santelli's infamous "Tea Party" rant was about how regular homeowners were worthless "losers" who didn't pay their bills, never mind that they had no jobs.

Even worse though is that in 2019, Rick Santelli literally proposed deliberately infecting every American with COVID in order to protect the economy.

He should've been fired for this. Of course, he was not.

I hope that the Robinhood, Reddit, and #wallstreetbets turn their attention to this stuff.

Shorting stocks destroys jobs and businesses. It needs to become illegal again.

We can't outlaw CNBC and FBN but at least you can block them on your grandparents' TV box. /end

PS: I can't forget Jim Cramer, a guy who has also never been correct about anything. His Muppet-character-on-speed shtick is laughable.

And of course, he also didn't get fired after calling the House Speaker "Crazy Nancy" to her face
