Haha! Someone has finally claimed Putin's Palace. His longtime criminal bff money man Arkady Rotenberg claims he owns the palace not Putin. Didn't realize he needs a no fly zone over the palace. Now that's settled 🙄

Putin answered a question about the palace that was revealed in Navalny's latest video. Putin says he hasn't watched it but did skim through the video and forcefully (lol) denied this palace belongs to him.
