1. Soon the European Parliament will vote on the immunity of MEPs Carles Puigdemont, Toni Comín & Clara Ponsatí, who organized the Catalan Referendum of 2017. If they lose it, could end up in jail without trial. Follow the video-thread, contact your MEP, protect their immunity.

2. Spain's Supreme Court is already breaching the immunity as MEPs of Carles Puigdemont, Toni Comín & Clara Ponsatí inside Spain and keeps an order of arrest against them. To know more about it, watch the video.

3. If MEPs Carles Puigdemont, Toni Comín & Clara Ponsatí would set foot inside Spain they would be immediately sent by the Spanish Supreme Court to pre-trial prison. Don't allow them to do it. Contact your local MEP, protect their immunity.

4. Sedition is a 19th century crime, not fit for a Europe of fundamental rights. Condemning @KRLS, @toni_comin and @ClaraPonsati to sedition, would mean imprison them for the next 10 to 15 years. Write to your MEP, don't allow it to happen.

5. When the German Court of Schleswig-Holstein looked into the case of Carles Puigdemont, it did not see rebellion nor sedition nor public disorders. The @UN WGAD drew the same conclusions. If Spain did not listen, the European Parliament should.

6. Referendums are not a criminal offense in Spain since 2005. Nor is declaring independence peacefully since 1995. This is why the Spanish judiciary had to invent the sedition and rebellion accusation. Sending Catalan leaders to a Spanish court, is sending them to prison.

10. Is it possible to have a malfeasance of funds condemnation without any proof of malfeasance? In Spain it is. Even the Spanish Government admitted that "not a single euro was used to pay for the referendum". If they lose immunity, there won't be a fair trial for Catalan MEPs.

15. We warned by letter on several occasions that conflating 3 MEP cases in 1 was a serious irregularity with political motivation. Finally, in the recommendation voted by the Committee, MEP @ClaraPonsati was charged with an offence for which she is not accused in any Court.

16. The Spanish Electoral Commission prevented @KRLS & @toni_comin from taking their MEP duties, but the EU Court of Justice ended restoring their rights. The Spanish Electoral Comission secretly had @CiudadanosCs members. @AdrianVL1982 -JURI's chair- is member of Ciudadanos.

18. The MEP's immunity extends to any act done before or after the election, as stated in the report regarding the immunity case of MEP Brie: "It makes no difference when the alleged ofence was commited -whether before or after the MEP election".
