And here we go, Brazil: New draft bill at the parliament aims to hold intermediaries liable for activities of content moderation - content take downs, profile bans and flagging posts as "disputable". This draft bill wants platforms to refrain from exercising editorial acitivies.
Draft bill n. 246/2021 was introduced just yesterday and can be read here (in portuguese): camara.leg.br/proposicoesWeb…

ps. The rationale for introducing this bill is filled with "public square", "human rights" and the inspiration was - obviously - the great #TrumpBan.
New week, new draft bill: #291/2021 adds 3 articles to the Marco Civil in order to (a) render null and void any ToS clauses that allow for the suspension or unavailability of user content based on their political orientation or exercise of opinion, +
(b) classify any act that result on the unavailability of user content as abusive practice subject to a fine and (c) if the platform insists on removing or turning any content unavailable the provision of services shall be suspended for 90 days.
