1. CSC Scholarship: Fully funded from the Chinese government (monthly stipend, flight ticket to China, Accomodation, tuition fees) and open to all the universities. It is currently going on.

2. ANSO Scholarship: This is still fully funded but for specific universities

3. Provincial Scholarship: Fully funded and open to Universities in the province. Note that almost all provinces have this Scholarship

4. Research Funding Scholarship: Funded by a Professor who is ready to work with you and bring you down to China.

Second month of the year and you haven’t done a full medical check up?

When was the last time you checked your blood pressure?

When was the last time you checked your blood sugar?

Routine physical exams are generally recommended-

•For ages 19-21, once every 2-3 years
•For ages 22-64, once ever 1-2 years
•Over 65, once a year

If you have a chronic disease or other ongoing health issues, you should see your doctor more often, no matter how old
