In the span of two years, I probably read 75 books, watched 300 hours of YouTube content, and listened to 500 hours of podcasts.
I spent even more hours applying that knowledge
This is the habit that created all the others.
Habit #2: Seeking Sun & Nature
Sun is essential for good physical health.
Spending time in nature is essential for good mental health.
Taking walks and doing activities outside are great for getting both.
Habit #3: Lifting Weights
Lifting weights isn't for "meatheads".
Instead, it's a required health and lifestyle optimizer.
If you don't lift, you're not living right.
That's just how it is.
Habit #4: Eating Healthy
Nutrition might be the single most important factor contributing to physical health, mental health, and general wellness.
Eating natural food for 95-100% of my meals truly changed everything.
Habit #5: Drinking Only Water & Tea
Soda is trash.
Juice is trash.
All sugary drinks are trash.
Drinking a lot of water, a bit of tea, and a bit of kombucha has helped me control my weight and health in general.
Habit #6: Earning Online
I found out about internet entrepreneurship in 2015.
It took me awhile to start, then a bit longer to see success.
But, after a couple of years, I became well-paid and free.
It's easily one of the best things I've done for myself.
Habit #7: Writing Daily
Whether it's tweets, client work, or journaling, I have written just about every day for the last three years.
My skills have grown considerably, along with increasing my earnings and making me a better thinker.
Habit #8: Studying Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence can be learned.
Once you master it, you will see massive benefits in your day-to-day experience, relationships with other people, and relationship with yourself.
Habit #9: Optimizing Sleep
If you sleep poorly, you have almost no chance at being happy.
If you sleep well, you have a much better chance.
This is scientific truth.
Good sleep is as essential as good nutrition.
Get it, and you'll instantly upgrade your life.
Habit #10: Making Goals & Tracking Them
You'll never get anywhere if you don't have a vision.
You'll never manifest that vision if you don't have a plan.
I probably wouldn't have achieved any of my goals if I didn't make to-do lists and execute them one day at a time.
