The Knowledge City in the New Capital
The city will be a hub for high-tech & innovation as it will host a University for Information Technology, the first of its kind to be built in Egypt, Telecommunication & IT Institute, National Academy for Training persons with disabilities.
Central Business District (CBD)
The first phase of the project which is being built by CSCEC Chinese-based construction group consists of 20 towers/skyscrapers including the 385.8-meters tall Iconic tower, which will be the tallest in Africa upon its completion.
The New Administrative Capital consists of 20 Residential districts (around half of them are being built within the 1st phase of the project) as the New Capital will house over 6.5 million people upon its completion.

The Fifth Residential District R5 in the New Administrative Capital, also known as the New Garden City, the new luxury district is being built in the old French architecture style on an area of 3.9 million m² and it includes up to 23k housing units.

It has a capacity of 107k worshippers and includes an underground parking lot, shopping center, several spacious halls for celebrations, events & Quarn teaching schools.
The New Mosque is distinctive with its 140-meters tall minarets.
The Green River, World's Largest Park
The green river is a series of large-scale parks in the centre of the New Administrative Capital streches for around 25km long and covers an area of 6,200 acres. It will act as a connector between the modern and diverse urban neighborhoods.

The first phase of the Green River stretches for 10km long
The Green River includes the central capital parks, three main mosques known as martyrs mosques, open theatre, theme park, open zoo, network of pedestrian & bicycle paths.
Egypt Presidential Complex in the New Capital
As all govermental institutions & ministries are moving to the New Capital, it was required to build a New ruling headquarters for Egypt there.
The New Palace is being built in the (Pharaonic) Ancient Egyptian architecture style.
Al-Masa Luxury Hotel & Resort in the New Administrative Capital
It was the first project to be completed in the New Egyptian Capital as it inaugurated by Al-Sisi in Oct. 2017. It considered as a hub for businessmen & investors as well as hosting official events, ceremonies.
Just a few kilometres far from the New Capital, Egypt is building another new city called "Capital Gardens"
The city will contain alot of projects including large number of social housing units & housing for government employees who will be transferred to the New Capital.

The new city will also include several huge projects as a Medical City, New Olympic Games City different from this one built in the NAC.

The People's Square, the largest of its kind in the world. it will be destined for hosting official events & military parades.
It consists of 3 main sectors, Misr Mosque & Islamic Cultural Center, the square itself, unknown soldier monument.
The People's Square will include two open-theatres, the tallest flagpole in the world, shopping centers & Unknown Soldier Monument which built in a mix of Islamic/Pharaonic architecture style and has 84 round columns where the names of the martyrs will be written on each one.
The State Command Center not only limited to the New Army HQ but also includes the Unified Strategic Data Center, Strategic Network Control Center, Emergency Services & Field Safety Control Center, Weather Forecast Center, Strategic Storage Facilities.
The New State Command Center will accommodate all the Egyptian army facilities that will be transferred outside the crowded Cairo to the New Capital.
Thousands of military personnel will serve in the State Command Center thus it was required to build a whole new city inside it.
Among the army facilities that will be transferred from Cairo to the State Command Center Complex in the New Capital is the Egyptian Military Academy.
Work is currently undergoing to build a new military academy there equivalent to doubling the area of the old one in Cairo.
Another project other than the Olympic Games City, is the Sports City in the New Capital which includes a main indoor hall with a total capacity of up to 7,500 spectators.
The New Sports City hosted the 2021 World Men's Handball Championship last Month.
Egypt New Administrative Capital International Airport
The New Airport has a passenger terminal with a total capacity of 300 passengers per hour.
The new small airport is mainly directed to serve the local flights, businessmen, investors & the first phase of the New Capital.
Egypt is also planning to build a New Huge International Airport near the New Administrative Capital.
The New Airport will be the Biggest in Egypt as it will not only be limited to serve the New Capital but also the Suez Canal Axis, Galala New Resort City & Ain Sokhna.
The National Council for the Families of Martyrs & the Injured in the New Capital
The project includes Hospital, Hotel, Workshop, Exhibition Center, Memorial Monument & Council HQ
The Council is responsible for enumerating victims, provide them with all means of support & care
The Banks Area in the New Administrative Capital where all the headquarters of the state-affilated financial institutions will be transferred there, as the HQ of the Central Bank of Egypt, National Postal Authority HQ, the Cash Center & Banknotes Printing Center.
