Thinking about this story from two years ago, where the WHO's finding that 1 in 10 childhood deaths could be attributed to air pollution spurred a group of mayors to lash out against automakers for continuing to manufacture gas-powered vehicles

I don't think I've seen any U.S. Climate Mayors™ issue similar calls to automakers to stop making fossil-fuel powered vehicles that are quite literally killing their constituents.
