The No Social Security for Illegal Aliens Act prohibits the distribution of Social Security benefits to illegal aliens who perform unauthorized work in the US.
The Arrest Statistics Reporting Act does 2 things: 1) it requires that arrest reports already sent to the FBI by state & local govs include immigration status of the arrestee & 2) it requires the federal gov to publish illegal alien crime data in the FBI’s annual crime reports.
My American Jobs First Act will require employers to pay H-1B visa holders at least $110k & it requires companies seeking H-1B labor to not have fired any American workers w/o just cause for at least 2 years & commit to not firing any workers w/o just cause for two years after.
