mRNA (like the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines) can’t change your DNA.

Here’s a thread explaining why… using FOOD ⤵️

✅ The menu = DNA
✅ Your food order = mRNA
✅ Your meal = proteins

The Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna mRNA vaccines 💉 only give the “order” for our cells to make the SARS-CoV-2 “spike protein.”

Based on your order, a restaurant chef creates your meal, and nothing else.

Based on the mRNA instructions, your body can now make the “spike protein” to fight COVID-19, protecting you from severe infection!

Your order is based off the menu, but ordering it doesn’t change the menu… similarly, mRNA is a subset of genetic code, but it doesn’t impact DNA. 🧬

Importantly, just like how the chef doesn’t hang onto your order slip once the meal has been served, your cells get rid of the mRNA instructions once they’ve served up their protein.
