Not getting responses to your cold email? Keep reading, I'll show you how to automate a LinkedIn connection request to prospects that ignore you
Basically what we're going to build is an automated system that sends a connection request to the prospects that haven't replied to your cold emails

This took us from a 4% booking rate to a 6%
You only need three tools to build this outbound prospecting machine

-Mailshake
-Zapier
-ElevAAte Leads
Mailshake Setup Steps
- Get your list of leads ( needs to have this information: first name, last name, linkedin profile URL, and email. Any other data point is not necessary but can be included if you want)
-Create a campaign on mailshake for your prospects and you want this campaign to be evergreen so that you just need to keep plugging in more contacts.
When you upload your csv file of contacts make sure you upload the LinkedIn URL as well as a separate field. This URL wont be shown in the email but is a vital part to connect everything
ElevAAte Leads Setup
You want to head over to campaigns and set up a connector campaign specifically for your follow up cold email prospects
The connector campaign works best when you mention the email sent over

Example: Hey (firstname), I sent an email over and wanted to see if you got a chance to check it out?
Zapier Connection Setup
We want to setup a trigger from mailshake and the trigger event when the lead status changes
Then we want to select your Mailshake outreach campaign that you setup earlier and mark the lead status as ignored

Now we want to setup an action that is a webhook post and make the payload type Json
Head over to elevaate leads, go to your connector campaign, click the integration tab and select the first long URL link. This URL link will be pasted in the URL section on Zapier Webhook Post
then you want to make data points
first_name → mailshake recipient first name
last_name → mailshake recipient last name
profile_link → mailshake recipients field LinkedIn URL
email → mailshake recipients email address
Now you're set and can test it out.

Basically what is happening is now when a prospect doesnt respond to your email, mailshake will send that data to zapier and zapier will post that data into the ElevAAte leads campaign.
