It's #PancakeDay! We asked our musicians and staff to create their best pancakes. Here's what they came up with...
Maple syrup = RSNO Top Topping!

Cat, Comms Manager; Angela, Chief Operating Officer and Lauren, Library Assistant all opted for the sweet topping.
Jenny, Head of Individual Giving, and her children had lots of fun creating people and animals out of pancakes and toppings!
Hedd, Digital Manager, gave his pancakes a Japanese twist by making Dorayaki with raspberry and matcha mascarpone cream.
Are you a savoury or sweet pancake fan? Violinist Liz opted for sweet Sucre Citron, Principal Cellist Aleksei made savoury wholemeal pancakes with salmon whilst violinist Anne went for both! A mushroom savoury followed by a sweet apple pancake.
Concert Administrator Matthias' top tips for making American-style pancakes:

1. Use a little cornmeal with the flour
2. Add some seltzer at the end to make pancakes light and fluffy
3. Eat lots of them!
Two very happy customers! David, son of Jane (Director of External Relations) and Lucas, son of Sharon (RSNO Leader) both enjoyed their pancake day!
Pancakes for every meal!

Violinist Sophie made a lemon soufflé pancake for breakfast followed by a spinach and spring onion pancake for lunch.
Extra points go to Carol, Head of Marketing and Naomi, Trusts & Projects Coordinator for their musical pancakes!
Hope you enjoyed seeing our creations! What pancakes are you making today?
