@TUIUK why aren’t you answering calls? I’ve called twice now. On hold for 1hr 50 mins between the two. Both times you’ve answered then cut me off. How is it this hard? You have staff available who aren’t in stores. It should be easier than ever to answer a bloody phone!
I’ve been trying to phone to get more info about our summer holiday cruise that we rebooked in May last year due to it being cancelled. We’ve paid last years balance off. No confirmation emails, no letters nothing. Your communication has been nothing short of atrocious
I called you a week ago to be told the IT systems were being upgraded. Promised a call back a week later (yesterday) no call back. If you say you’ll call. Bloody call! Can you please respond to this because honestly it’s currently impossible to actually speak to anyone! #tui
