A RANT - FUCK FEDEX.

EVEN IF DO YOU WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO GET YOUR PACKAGE AFTER YOU FIND OUT THAT IT'S UNDELIVERABLE, THEY WON'T LIFT A FINGER TO HELP!

I was expecting a package from FedEx since January from a store. I placed a PO Box as the address, not knowing that the US Post Office does not accept FedEx packages.

I did not realize that until I checked the tracking number and it was in the Washington DC office for six weeks.

I immediately did a request on Feb 11th for the package to sent and held to a FedEx onsite location in DC where it's more closer to me.

You know what FedEx did instead, THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED MY REQUEST and BASCIALLY KEPT THE PACKAGE AT THE SAME LOCATION.

ON THE 16TH OF MARCH, I FOUND OUT IT WAS ON TRANSIT.

I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO GET TO THE BUILDING BY 8:30 PMTO GET THE PACKAGE.

I TOOK A UBER THERE, I GIVE THEM MY ID AND TRACKING NUMBER ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I WAS TOO LATE AND THE PACKAGE WAS ALREADY SENT TO THEIR OVERGOODS DEPARTMENT.

The people there told me to make a account number, give them the case number and the RTS number and they will do the work to get the package from overgoods to my house.

I called them as soon as I got back in the uber because I didn't trust them.

I also had a consumer advocate contacted me and told them everything! Told me to expect a call between 8am to 5pm today.

I call fedex costumer service to check up on the case ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY CLOSED THE CASE ON THE SAME NIGHT, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.

I DIDN'T EVEN GOT A CALL BACK TODAY.

BASICALLY I DID EVERYTHING I WAS TOLD BY FEDEX AND THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER ANYWAY.

THEY LITTERLY TIDED THEIR HANDS BEHIND THEIR BACK AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE SELLER.

PROBLEM IS THE SELLER IS ON VACATION AND WONT CONTACT ME UNTIL NEXT WEEK.

FEDEX BASICALLY LIED TO ME TO GET ME TO GO AWAY

FEDEX ONLY OFFERED ME EMPTY PLATIDUES AND EMPTY SORRIES FOR A SITUATION THEY COULD HAVE LIFTED A FINGER TO HELP.

NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS FOR THE PACKAGE TO GET SENT TO ME.

FUCK FEDEX.
