BREAKING: West Virginia full House just passed a bill to fund students instead of systems.
The vote was 60 to 29 with 1 absent

The bill to fund students instead of systems will now move to the West Virginia Senate.
Families would be able to take their children's education dollars to the education provider of their choosing:

• Private school
• Tutoring
• Testing / Instructional materials
• Special needs therapies
• Any other approved education expenses
Over 90% of students in the state would be eligible for the program in the first year

CNN: "Does the president feel that teachers have to be vaccinated in order for schools to open safely - yes or no?"

VP Spokesperson: "The president believes that teachers should be prioritized for vaccination... the First Lady is a teacher..."
CNN asked the VP's Chief Spokesperson that same question 4 times

They wouldn't answer whether they believe teachers *must* be vaccinated to return to schools

Instead they kept repeating that they believe teachers should be prioritized for vaccinations.

The money doesn't belong to any particular institution

Education funding is supposed to be meant for educating children - not for protecting a government monopoly.
