Through a historic power outage and hostile weather, INN members in the #TexasWinterStorm2021 are still reporting.

.@SAReport reports that their staff is without water and experiencing trouble accessing electricity. Some staff members have used personal mobile phone hotspots to file stories — including those that help fellow San Antonio residents navigate the crisis.
