The power of asking.

- a THREAD!
We usually do not ask for help because of 2 reasons:

a) Ego.

Believe it or not, in most cases our ego comes into the picture and we don't take the first step in asking for help. We often have thoughts like, "why should I ask for help?"
For once, leave aside the ego and see what might happen if you finally take the step and "ask".

Start seeing the up-side of things.

Great things will happen and you will thank yourself later. Believe me.
b) "What if the other person says no?"

This thought/assumption stops us from asking that question. But the biggest mistake we're making here is we're assuming for the other person which should never be the case.

We "think" what if the other person says no.
Let's not make that assumption. What is under our control? To take the first step and ask. The other person might just agree to your "ask" and things might just work out. You never know.

So, ask.
During the lockdown, I started an Instagram LIVE Series called 'Getting Candid' where I was able to get actors, influencers, and celebrities on board. And how was I able to do that?

I asked.

That's it.

I asked them and that's how it happened.
So, stop overthinking and start asking.

Because remember one thing, the answer is always a NO until you ask for it.

Thoughts?

- a THREAD!
Basically translating to knowing something about everything and knowing everything about 1-2 subjects.

We all are pretty much aware of how important skills have become in this time of the pandemic. We're moving towards a gig economy where freelance work and contractual-based...
...work will slowly become the norm.

Amidst all of this, what's imperative is to hone our crafts and learn as many skills as possible but master one skill to top it all.

How do we do that?
