Here are some of my favorite overlooked bills released yesterday.

AB 1322 If a city is more then 90% Single Family Homes, all single family home zoning is no longer enforceable.
AB 1143 - Allows cities to allow local people to get preference for low income apartments.

1188 - Rental Registry

1277 - CEQA streamlining for any student housing project within two miles of a UC.
AB 1304 - would make local jurisdictions analyze and provide a report on how they are affirmatively furthering fair housing (AFFH)

AB 1372 Every city must have plans for a temporary shelther for all homelessness.

AB 1398 requires rezones for RHNA to happen in a timely manner
AB 1400 - Single Payer Health care

AB 1401 - Banning minimum parking in all high quality transit zones

AB 1486 - Placeholder bill for Housing Accountability Act from Wendy Carilloa (In other words something will be announced later)
SB 555 - State collects taxes for AirBnB. It would make it a lot easier for cities to tax short stay housing.

SB 581 - Requires cities to report housing lawsuits in their annual housing report

SB 617 - online streamlining for solar panel applications.
AB 621 - streamlining for changing hotels and motels into housing.
These are two that are NIMBYs (or I don't understand them)

SB 765 - eliminates the 4 ft setback requirement for ADUs. Allows some cities to go back to what they had in place before Jan 1st, 2020.

AB 1258 - Judicial review after HCD for final RHNA plans

Jason and Gavin has repeatedly stated that we shouldn't focus on them not providing 3.5 million homes or supporting meaningful zoning reform but instead focus on how they and @California_HCD enforces RHNA and housing laws. Well, I have a question about that.
