I find the best time to do this is first thing in the morning after Fajr, working for 30 min. It's a great way to start the day after waking up, and you get the additional barakah of being included in the du'a of the Prophet for early risers who stay up and work after fajr

For those who like to train lifting weights or doing intervals, consider walking and reciting between sets of lifting weights. I like to jump rope in sets of 100 and then immediately walk and recite, until I hit around 500 - 700 skips on the rope
