I was a long standing staff member in RWF, and I left because I realized she was gaslighting me. She didn't believe I accidentally copied her server, so she removed me from staff. Which I was expecting, but she also kicked me out of the "coven". 1/?

I run a server called "fungi and funtimes" which is a server focused on minor witches, because I felt RWF wasn't the best place for them. I was freshly 17 when this happened, but was 16 the whole time I knew her.

It started when she accused me for copying, which was granted. Then she claimed I did so without permission, first red flag.

After apologizing profusely for days, she kicked me from staff and then the coven. I was close to many people in the coven so this was heartbreaking. I then left on my own fruition with a friend. Then an unknown amount of people also left. She blamed me.

To be transparent, I only talked to two close friends, a coven member I was close with, and apologized to two staff members.

After this I blocked her. I was also kicked from a moderation server I was in without any warning. While I was not aware of her racism at the time, I am aware of how she treats minors.

She treated her server less like a community and more like a business as time passed. I joined when they had around 700 members, but as they approached 1000 the environment became toxic. Especially behind closed doors.

While I do not have screenshots of this, she would constantly make fun of members behind their backs. While I would sometimes join in, I would never be as extreme as her.

She also was very discriminatory towards people with DID. Out right making fun of them in staff chat. Since I was 16 at the time I did not think I could do anything.

They would not enforce their rule of keeping staff chat PG-13, when there were several minors in chat. Creating an unsafe place, and toxic "work"-enviroment.

My friend, an retired staff member, who also explained what I did. We were staff at the same time and grew close.
