1/7 I keep scrolling through my Twitter-feed hoping to see something that expresses how I’m feeling about the @LaurentianU insolvency ...and really, I guess I kinda wanna talk about it a bit... #HumansofLU

2/7 I started as an Undergrad student @LaurentianU 10 years ago. I feel a deep connection to the university for all of growing I have done as an academic, as a professional, as a person, and as a mother #HumansofLU #FundLU

3/7 My kids have watched me grow up as a student @LaurentianU at the same time I watched them grow too. Amy here, my oldest, was only 3 when I started @ LU... and here she is today, all grown up and graduating this year from grade 8 #HumansofLU #futurehumansofLU #FundLU

4/7 I’m a #PhDCandidate now... I’m in my last year as a student in the @SRNH_LU program and my goal has always been to teach @LaurentianU and continue advocating for #Indigenousdatasovereignty as an Anishinaabekwe researcher... a dream I am now recalculating #HumansofLU

5/7 My kids have talked endlessly about their plans to one day go to the school that mommy teaches at when they grow up... #FutureHumansofLU #HumansofLU ... but now... mommy isn’t so sure what the future holds for @LaurentianU or for me...

6/7 @LaurentianU has been my home, my security blanket, and my place of growth for 10 years but suddenly... I have 101 questions and feelings of uncertainty and here I am...browsing Twitter to see if anyone is vocalizing similar thoughts... #HumansofLU

7/7 I’m not looking for someone to tell me everything will be okay... for many, it may not be okay and @LaurentianU may never look the same... honestly, I’m not all that comfortable with change and uncertainty... and that’s it. That’s how I’m feeling right now... #HumansofLU
