19) Finally, UTAH Prosecutor puts OUR Rescue under criminal investigation by Utah prosecutor. Pretty amazing info on this Fox piece. OUR said they know nothing about it months ago. Hard to find out any info on where this investigation went from there.

21) 2017. I figured I'd look int Troy Rawling. Since 2010, 130 criminal misconduct cases have been filed (7yrs). Only 2 were disciplined & fired. It was Troy's office that followed through on law/order. Seems Troy took these complaints seriously. archive.sltrib.com/article.php?idโฆ
