Per OpenCorporates Erik Prince was director (as of Nov 2020) of Eitanium Ltd inc in Cyprus 2019 - other directors have same names as associates of co-founder of NSO group & a Russian businessman who fled Russia in 2013

One director of Eitanium Ltd with Erik Prince is Eric Banoun from Israel

This story described a leading Israeli cyber executive Eric Banoun who once worked as distributor of NSO Group products and in 2010 was involved in a failed deal with Elliott Broidy

Another director of Eitanium is Eran Karpen from Israel

There's an Eran Karpen who is an executive at Communitake, a company co-founded by Omri Lavie who also co-founded NSO Group which has received a lot of coverage for spying on activists and dissidents
One director of Eitanium Ltd with Erik Prince is Magomed Bilalov from the U.K.

There's a Russian businessman Magomed Bilalov whose brother Akhmed was former VP of Russian Olympic Committee - both were criminally charged and fled Russia in 2013

A quick note that little information on Eitanium Ltd appears to be publicly available through open source queries (there’s a Thai cyber solutions company with a similar name, but no evidence that it’s connected)

Erik Prince is reportedly an investor in Wickr and with his business associates Ko, Dorian Barak, Chinese company KuangChi Science has invested in Agent Vi - surveillance technology similar to NSO Group

Adding another item - Eitanium Ltd director Michael Yudelson is linked in OpenCorporates to six companies including one called Russian Armament LLC, previously called Thor Global Imports

Per @RYP__ Erik Prince was involved with Thor Global

Kaiser was also pursuing deal with RSV Capital, I noted in story some RSV execs were Russian and linked to Russia's Skolkovo
Financial Times reported Brittany Kaiser was in discussions with Canadian firm RSV Capital

I noted there is an RSV Capital aka Red Shark Ventures in Canada led by several businessmen from Russia and many had been involved with Russia's Skolkovo
