While covid was coming out and leaked videos from Reddit was showing that covid was so bad that China was welding doors shut of its citizens, journalists were focused on a pointless impeachment trial.

And knowing Trump was a narcissistic asshole, when he mumbled about covid journalists said it was no worse than the flu. Mostly because they just took chinas word on it because they like taking trips to their Hong Kong office.

They then told us not to wear masks. Shamed people who bought a lot of masks. After 4chan troll edgelords said you’d get covid from Chinese food, politicians went to Chinatown’s then told people to go out. Why? Because fúck Trump.

Then when shit did hit the fan, journalists bunkered down in their Brooklyn lofts with their MacBooks while Cuomo shipped old people off to die in nursing homes instead of a Samaritan Purse tent city because fuck christians.

And because journalists needed their favorite Asian fusion sushi for their Tiger King Netflix binge, they didn’t demand Cuomo shut subways down because well, fuck the poors living In multigenerational homes. I don’t cook.

Journalists built an environment where they couldn’t be trusted nor the experts they brought in could be trusted. They politicized responses because a rural Iowa response didn’t match their rich Chicago banker suburbs response.

So people went elsewhere. And now, 500k are dead

Anyways, to the original point. Sorry Jake. I know war is good for your ratings and you need some more dead soldiers for your next book. But warring with Saudi Arabia isn’t worth it for some piece of shit terrorist supporting journalist.
