1. Jauhkan hal yang mendistraksi dari jangkauan. Contoh: Kalau kamu lagi butuh belajar, jauhkan HP. Kalau HP dipakai buat belajar, notif chat dan socmed dimatiin!
2. Bayangkan rasa puas kalau kamu sudah selesai belajar

3. Hal itu akan menjadi sumber motivasimu

4. Pikiranmu sudah di kondisi siap untuk belajar. Tapi, kondisi ini ga akan bertahan terlalu lama. Jadi, yuk dimulai!
5. Fokuskan segenap pikiranmu selama 1-2 jam. Jangan lupa ada istirahatnya di tengah-tengah itu

6. Ketika 1-2 jam telah berlalu. Istirahatkan dirimu dan bawa santai :D
