So it may have come up in conversation. But Trump did not actually request it, just offered a speculative number. And Pelosi did not deny it, contrary to what Trump claims.
Trump suggesting that 10,000 national guard troops would be needed to control the crowd appears to be further evidence he was expecting something "wild" to happen on Jan. 6 after his speech.
