Unbelievable timeline of events if we turn our attention to November 2017 relating to #SalmondInquiry

A meeting between Leslie Evans & Sturgeon happened days after two women first made allegations. The meeting was NOT included in official timeline given to #SalmondInquiry [1/5]

In this previously undisclosed November 29th meeting #ScotGov admitted in pleadings Evans & Sturgeon met to “discuss development” of a new harassment procedure against former ministers. [2/5]

On December 5th, procedure relating to complaints against former ministers was changed. This took Sturgeon out of the loop, as First Minsters would subsequently to Dec 5th only be brought into the loop after investigations completed. [3/5]

We now know Leslie Evans has potentially *destroyed* her notes from this previously undisclosed November 29th meeting.

Jackie Baillie: “If extraordinary allegation is true,then Evans has further serious qns to answer. This is contrary to practice of most civil servants that keep records of important meetings...deeply disturbing & quite unbelievable that she destroys...records immediately.” [5/5]

In what world is it conceivable that top civil servant in Scotland is shredding notes concerning a meeting she had with FM. Meeting a) not disclosed initially b) days after complainers emerged c) days before Dec 5th procedure change removing FM from process until end of investig

Final point: remember this is all in the context of a procedure found in the court of session to have been 'unlawful' & 'tainted by apparent bias'

i.e. illegal procedure extending from December 5th going forward.
