(1/6) For my friends in the #gunpla community, I want to introduce you to Theo. He was a talented, creative young man with an amazing story of triumph through difficult circumstances. He also loved building Gunpla.

(2/6) Sadly, Theo passed away this weekend after a long battle with Covid-19. I'll miss the discussions we'd have about our shared hobby, and receiving texts with photos of his builds.

(3/6) Theo was one of the first fans of Gunpla Gallery. When I released the website last year, I encouraged him to post some of his work. He was always too shy to do that, but he would browse the site often to find inspiration in all the builds being posted by others.

(4/6) I want to do something to honor Theo's life, and so I've decided that for every build posted at Gunpla Gallery during the month of March, I will be donating $5 to his memorial fund. If you're able to make a donation as well, I know it will greatly help his family.

(5/6) How else can you help? Spread the word! I'd love to see the Gunpla community rally around this young man's family. Post one of your builds at gunplagallery.com, then share the link to your build on social media with the hashtag #gunplafortheo.

(6/6) I'll be collecting those posts and putting them together into a gift to present to Theo's family, on behalf of our community.

I've started work on a custom painted Wing Zero in Theo's honor. I'll be sharing WIP photos of it here.
