Chilkur Pradhan Archakar Shri @csranga met Dr Ranjith Reddy MP Chevella to thank him for his support to Deity Rights Movement of Chilkur Balaji.

Amidst strong rumours that the TTD is planning to close the Veda Patasala program at Chilkur, the Chief priest met Dr Ranjith Reddy MP Chevella to help in speedy transfer of the Government allotted land for the same purpose. The transfer has been pending for very long time.

Dr Ranjith Reddy gave a patient hearing to the issue and assured the Chilkur Balaji chief Priest that he would take steps to see that the land allotted for TTD Veda Patashala is duly transferred to the TTD for construction of the long pending Veda Patashala.

The MPs assurance came when Temple Hereditary Archaka cum Trustee Sri C S Rangarajan met Dr Ranjith Reddy MP with blessings from Chilkur Balaji Temple for supporting the Deity Rights Movement.

To put the records straight Dr Ranjith Reddy was the first MP to address the Letter to the Hon'ble President His Excellency Sri Ramnath Govind on the Article 26 Rights of the Deity. Responding positively, the MP assured to take up this matter with the Hon'ble Telangana CM Sri KCR

development of S.V. Veda Patasala, Chilkur.This Patashala has been incepted in 2011 nearest to the Chilkur Balaji Temple of Lord Venkateswara in the state of Telangana.

It is necessary to introduce needed and popular courses like Sri Paancharatra Agama and Apastambeeya Smartam besides Krishna Yajurveda in the Patasala, in the immediate preceding academic year, as it increases the strength of the S.V. Veda Patasala, Chilkur

It also serves the very purpose of inception of SVVeda Patasala by TTD ie to preserve Vedas and Sastras. Moreover here in Telangana & AP there is dire need for Pancharatra Agama & Apastambeeya Smartam besides Krishna Yajurveda which are used in daily to offer services to deities.

At present the S.V. Veda Pathasala, Chilukuru, has been running in the accommodation provided by Rotary building in Chilkur.TTD own buildings needs to be constructed for the S.V. Veda Pathasala, Chilkur.

They have also been trying their level best to request Govt to hand-over the requisite site of 8 acres which has been ear marked for the same immediately for the construction of TTD own building for - A nominal amount. TTD IS PLANNING TO WIND UP THE SAME CITING VAGUE REASONS!
