#Inspired me a lot what about you

Train No. 653 on 23rd December 1964 was on its way from Pamban to Dhanushkodi when a devastating cyclone engulfed Dhanushkodi village and wiped it eniterly. Image
In this devastation train no 653 was also blown away killing all 150+ passengers on board. The bridge on which this train was moving was also gone.

The bridge was PAMBAN bridge
A young enginner was summoned by top officials and was ordered to bring back the bridge to life in 6 months. He said - at least let me assess how much time will it take. 3 months now, was the order.
The engineer took the order into his stride, got all resources in place and built the bridge in 45 days flat surprising everyone including the then railway minister of India.
That person is a living legend known as Metro Man & his name is Padam Vibhushan E Sreedharan.
Bouncing back in adversity & doing unthinkable is what makes us great. it's not the designation, it's your work which gets you respect.

Have you seen James Cameron's Avatar?

You may remember the striking floating mountains of Pandora.

These mountains float in the Pandoran atmosphere in apparent defiance of gravity. Image
The 'Hallelujah mountains' however, are not magic, they are science. Or science fiction to be precise.

Pandora is very rich in a mineral called 'Unobtainium' which is a superconductor at room temperature.
Super conductors are materials that have no electrical resistance.
A small current keeps circulating forever - providing plentiful lossless energy supply.

But superconductors also have another unusual property : they repel magnets. This is called the 'Meissner effect'.
