The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Hakeem Odumosu, has restated that the command will make Lagos State very hot for criminals, especially cultists, who terrorise the good people of the state.

... arrested with a locally-made pistol with some live cartridges, Abiodun Abbey, m, aka Oju Ogunle, alleged to have killed more than twenty two (22) people in Ikorodu area, and 44 others.
Other items recovered from them include guns, live ammunition and cartridges, assorted charms, berets with Confraternity logos, paraphernalia of office of Confraternity and some dangerous weapons.
The Commissioner of Police also confirmed the arrest of the six (6) suspected cultists at Ibeju-Lekki area of the state by the police operatives attached to Elemoro Division...

He has ordered for prompt Investigation and prosecution of the cases as necessary arrangements have been made by the Lagos State Government to consistently fast track judicial processes in the state.

FLASH: Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency (@lasgcopa) has sealed Home Affairs Supermarket located at 21, Ijaye Road, Ogba for displaying expired products, such as Kelloggs Krave (Chocolate Hazelnut), Frozen foods, on their shelves for possible sale to unsuspecting consumers.
As part of efforts to rid the State of all forms of unwholesome products and ensure that consumers' rights are protected, the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency (LASCOPA) on Thursday sealed Home Affairs Supermarket located at 21, Ijaye Road, Ogba.
Speaking on the enforcement exercise, GM @lasgcopa, Mr. Afolabi Solebo Esq., disclosed that the supermarket was sealed for displaying expired products, such as Kelloggs Krave (Chocolate Hazelnut) and Frozen foods, on their shelves for possible sale to unsuspecting consumers.

[INVESTIGATION UPDATE]: Traffic Enforcement: Policeman in Viral Video Alive, Healthy

The Police Inspector involved in an accident in a viral video where a driver of Toyota SUV hit and injured a policemen is alive and healthy.
The incident occurred on Wednesday 24/2/21 at abt 1730hrs, when some @followlastma personnel were backed up by the police on enforcement duty within the state contravened a Toyota SUV, driving against the traffic along International Airport road.
The driver resisted arrest and while trying to escape, a police inspector David Zapania was knocked down from the bridge and fell into a canal.

The Executive Chairman, Lagos State Sports Commission, Mr @solaiyeps, disclosed this during a recent working visit to Ikorodu to inspect some of the Sporting Facilities in the Community.
@solaiyeps said the plan is to ensure that the Igbogbo Mini Stadium is upgraded in the nearest future, stressing that the vision of the Government is to open up every part of the State so that the youths would be fully engaged.
