Here is a 3-step formula for improving your posture and avoid becoming an office shrimp:

Step 1. Strengthen the muscles on the back of your body (ex. upper back & shoulders), to naturally pull you out of a shrimp posture. Image
Step 2. Stretch the muscles on the front of your body (ex. chest & hips) that tend to become shortened from sitting like a shrimp. Image
Step 3. Structure step 1 & 2 in into a daily routine with reminders to stand up at least every 90 min. Image
