Thirteen years as a Marine taught me to fight, lead, and organize.
When I left, I kept up the fight, defending the middle class from large corporations and monopoly power. Now, I know the fight is here in Missouri. That's why I'm running for U.S. Senate.
The last time this seat was up, it was decided by just three points - less than 80,000 votes.
This is a race we can win, but we aren’t going to change DC by trading their politicians for ours. We’ll only win with new voices and ideas that bring people together.
Together, we can stop printing money for Wall Street and fund our schools. We can create a Midwest Marshall Plan to rebuild forgotten towns and cities. We can fix roads and make homes and businesses energy-efficient. We can stop DC special interests from calling the shots.
And together, we can demand an agenda that addresses racial inequity and puts working people first. We need to take back this Senate seat for the people. If you’re ready to join this fight, then let’s get moving — add a donation to join our team today. secure.actblue.com/donate/lk-twit…

When I got into college, I didn’t know if I could afford it, but this community has always been there for me.
I have spent much of my life trying to pay back my debt to my community by serving as a Marine overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan and battling corporate monopoly power here at home.
