Meet Proud Boy Kenneth Shields of Lodi, CA. Kenneth was at several of the post-election rallies in Sacramento, including 11/21 when he took part in a group beating of a man who was on the ground. He has recently been active at the Tower Theater protests in Fresno. 
In this video, Shields can be seen participating in the group beating in Cesar Chavez Park in Sacramento on 11/21. He comes into the frame at around 0:24 here, and can be recognized by his helmet and black plate carrier.
I received a tip about Kenneth, which I was able to confirm by matching his tattoos to photos from a profile on a bass fishing website (lol)
Kenneth's TourneyX profile also lists 1776 shop as a sponsor. 1776 shop is a Proud-boy run webstore that sold more explicit PB-branded merch before J6. You can read more about 1776 shop here: slate.com/technology/201…
Kenneth is associated with the Central Valley Proud Boys and closely-tied Central Valley Militia. This photo is from a "Straight Pride" event, in which members of the far right including PBs tried to paint the LGBT community as being associated with pedophilia.
Kenneth Shields has been recently photographed at the protests at the Tower Theater in Fresno, Where Proud Boys and associates have been harassing the LGBT community there.

Kenneth is apparently the tattoo artist for the Central Valley Proud Boys. Eddie Block alluded to this in one of his streams, Pointing his camera at Shields and saying "There's our tattoo master."
