@IKEA_France I am an anglophone and I hope you understand this much English. Due to some glitch in "your" system I am being harrased 😔.
I had ordered some stuff in Nov. 2020 and received them. However, I think there was some update issue in IKEA server side... 1/n
Thus, after receiving my stuff I got another email saying that I will be getting my delivery in a week (again with same items). I called up the customer care and told them that I already have the things and cancel/ update in your system. 2/n
The IKEA support told me that there is a glitch and I don't need to worry. Still, I kept getting the emails every week and I kept replying that I have received the stuff. Then, it stopped and I thought it was fixed. 3/n
However, today morning some delivery service people came with a paper saying they have to take things from my home. It was hard for me to converse as I am an anglophone 🙄🤷♂️... They had called me in the morning and I thought that it was Amazon delivery people. 4/n
In fact, it was not Amazon but IKEA delivery people. Initially I thought they are some "con man" dressed as IKEA delivery, but after they left I received a message from the company #TRUSK so looks like they were legit.

First, I never received any message from IKEA system that any such event is going to happen.
Second, not knowing any context, I received a call at 7 am in morning, while I was half asleep 😴
I am quite annoyed with IKEA by this event 😤😠 6/n
As an researcher in computer science, I will suggest that IKEA updates its softwares + systems. I am not sure my case was a one off glitch or many people like me are suffering due to issues in IKEA internal systems 😕 7/n (n=7)
