The DC Circuit has announced that it is officially anti-Garamond.
It is possible Merrick Garland, like the little Dutch boy of legend, was holding back this tide of anti-Garamond sentiment single-handedly. Who’s to say?

The ICA assesses that "Putin had purview over the activities of Andriy Derkach," a Ukrainian legislator who met with Giuliani and is believed to have supplied information to the investigation of Hunter Biden by Sens. Johnson and Grassley.

The chairmen deny relying on his info.
"Derkach, Kilimnik, and their associates... helped produce a documentary that aired on a US television network in late January 2020."

Do we know what documentary that is?

Manchin voted for the Portman amendment.
He's voting for it before he votes against it, reportedly.
True to the reporting, Manchin votes for the Carper amendment. It will pass and supersede the Portman amendment, which he also voted for.

Let’s talk about the history of the Senate. The minority veto embodied by the filibuster rule was Senator Calhoun’s dream. Its permanent enshrinement in the rules was Senator Russell’s accomplishment. The reconciliation kludge that sustains it was Senator Byrd’s innovation.
John C. Calhoun, Richard Russell, and Robert Byrd aren’t just the authors of the current senate stalemate. They’re, respectively, the foremost defender of slavery and secession, the leading opponent of civil rights, and the Democratic party’s last official with links to the Klan.

Unless I’m missing it, the press release just doesn’t speak to the special counsel that Barr appointed Durham to or the status of that investigation.
