The DC Circuit has announced that it is officially anti-Garamond.
It is possible Merrick Garland, like the little Dutch boy of legend, was holding back this tide of anti-Garamond sentiment single-handedly. Who’s to say?

Manchin voted for the Portman amendment.
He's voting for it before he votes against it, reportedly.
True to the reporting, Manchin votes for the Carper amendment. It will pass and supersede the Portman amendment, which he also voted for.
