POLITICO just got an award for publishing the leaked Dobbs opinion (the leaker is still at large). In accepting the award, the journos claimed that Dobbs was part of ongoing judicial activism from the Right.
First off, Dobbs reversed judicial activism. Returning the power over abortion to state legislatures is pro-democracy not activism.

After YEARS of calling Republicans child killers, monsters, and science deniers for wanting to reopen schools, WaPo is now acting like it was some unavoidable consequence of COVID that kids fell way behind. They’re truly shameless.
