Let’s talk about undermining the Supreme Court — and who benefits.

POLITICO just got an award for publishing the leaked Dobbs opinion (the leaker is still at large). In accepting the award, the journos claimed that Dobbs was part of ongoing judicial activism from the Right. First off, Dobbs reversed judicial activism. Returning the power over abortion to state legislatures is pro-democracy not activism.
