On the cultural death of Reddit Island. Part of Modern Taiwan's socio-economic malaise can be attributed to the continuous outflow of talent at all levels. The sad reality is that many of the exiled mainlander elites to Taiwan decamped for the US and died out there. More pressing
though is the continued bleeding of talent to the mainland that prevents a new elite from coalescing, leaving the island with the unpolished corners of a culture that is vaguely public access television like. The growth of Taiwanese identity has paradoxically seen a collapse in
the cultural output across every field you care to measure. The more de-racialized and de-culturalized of indigenous output, the more Taiwanese they become. The island is basically the archetype of the consumer Harry/Potter brain. The local television output is low budget trash,
the movie Industry D-list art house trash no one watches, the popular music scene is dead, literature is dead, video game industry is dead, every basic cultural output that isn't a hyperspecialized niche is dead. In its place, it's all imported from either Japan or the US. The
Taiwanese identity grows in the absence of actual differentiating markers. The more the youth are plugged into an Alien cultural output to which they are passive recipients who contribute nothing, the stronger their sense of (hollow) cultural uniqueness.

As much as the PRC should do this because it's the right thing and people shouldn't live in 40sq m cages cum apartments, an entirely materialist driven perception of the opposition is a mistake because the spirits animating the HK opposition is the kind of self-destructive hatred
that is less about the prosperity and welfare of HK than sticking it anyway possible to China even if it is bad for them as well. An eastern svidomist attitude where winning is secondary to your enemy losing. The way you solve this isn't with accomadationism but with bullets to
the head. There propaganda game is won in the long term via narrative discourse control, but the short term triage is also necessary. The HK oligarchs were content to let Beijing take the heat for their self created problems and their powerlessness at best, connivance at worst

FYI, when analyzing protests in the third world to understand which socio-economic interests the participants represent, the first thing you should look at is shoes. Sartorial cues are a huge give away even more so than the physiognomy check and shoes are the biggest tell because
they generally represent the single largest expense item. Do the shoes fit the general trend of their age cohort for that particular nation? Are they too clean and new? Are they Western brands? How do they compare to the footwear seen on the daily street traffic? One of the
biggest mistakes that Westerners make is viewing the socio-economic class balance of other societies as identical to their own and the trappings of middle class life so familiar to themselves as actually "middle class". The results of this myopia is that often absolute 1% socio-

Textual analysis and learning to read between the lines part two. The conclusion of the 2020 Indian border conflict and resulting mutual withdraw from the contested territory and it's transformation into a no-man's zone where neither party will patrol is a good case study in how
to sift truth from fiction. It requires two things, an inquisitive mind and a broad base of knowledge from which to evaluate the potential probability of events based on past priors. The actual casualty exchange ratio, which is altogether not particularly important in the grand
scheme of things is unsurprisingly the most hotly debated topic nonetheless. Most people will default to priors and basic biases in evaluating the situation quickly and won't actually look into it with any specific details. The Indians admit to 20 casualties, the Chinese admit 4

On class and contradiction. One of the interesting features of Western media protests is that coverage is highly skewed by socio-economic class of participants. If a movement is primarily working class or even rural or urban lumpenproletariat organized by hard left associated
groups, then it will inevitably be downplayed. Street action and resistance to state security forces described as rioting or "losing popular support" and legitimacy. If the people showing up to protest are youthful members of the West aping comprador bourgeois class, coverage
will be uniform beatification. This is despite the fact that in most third world nations, this Redditor class being an absolute unrepresentative minority. This is partially because this class is basically a Western oriented fifth column implanted by mass consumption of media

Stupid political takes over the most seemingly inconsequential language related shit is a universal feature of political division. Anything can be made a point of divergence for in-group / out-group signalling if antagonism exists. This is actually reminiscent of the German font
War of the 19th century where liberals and national essentialists squared off between the use of Fraktur and Antiqua. The nationalists, pointedly ignoring the undeniable reality that Fraktur was ultimately still a Latin font originally developed in France, made it a debate how
Fraktur was a symbol of Germanness and Antigua was of foreign Latin decadence. Joke was on them as ultimately flat sans serif fonts would win out to everywhere in the end and obliterate the usage of for anything but decorative purposes. Ironically it was the fin de siecle of

Not a fan of image tweeting but he has me blocked so no other way.

Wilfredo here is the perfect example of what I call the CIA "left". Decades of the US government clandestine funding of an oppositional anti-Soviet left has turned Western leftism into a pronouned eunuch. It's a
farce all the way down. The retreat from materialism, empirical observation, practical solutions for contemptible hollow feel gooderism and representation. It's like volunteering to accept google good boy points in lieu of actual money. Jackson is actually 100% correct that the
native American polities are dead and buried and resurrecting them is neither feasible or desirable. I will go further and add that the r1b 1/16th white "natives" who represent indigenous movements in the West are a masquerade mainly to secure forms of patronage or sinecures for
