Let me Start by Saying Alhamdulillah........
The Insecurity State of Nigeria Today:
Nigerians can be very touchy when it comes to the performance of their economy. In its effort to project an image of Nigeria as the leading heavyweight on the continent.
despite its huge and seemingly growing insecurity problems, the Nigerian government is not taking any negative statements about its economic growth lying down.
But the Reverse is the case, the rate at which crimes keeps increasing in Nigerian space is worrisome, we all know that the Nigerian Army are OVERSTRETCHED conducting operations across all the 6 Geo-political zones, sometimes I used to ask myself where are the police ?
Random Criminals are holding Nigeria as hostage, the Likes of #Shekau Boko Haram Leader, #Nmamdi Kanu the IPOB leader now the ESN, and another random Clown Sunday #Igboho from Yoruba land just declared his own Territory yesterday. But the Government are Watching.
Other activities that have heightened insecurity in Nigeria also include human and drug trafficking, porous borders that allow infiltration of illegal aliens, arms and ammunitions, ethno-religious conflicts, political based violence, economic based violence and periodic outbreak.
These are grave and unfortunate examples of the insecurity that the ‘Giant of Africa’ will need 2 overcome to achieve its true potential. However, it is not d only challenge facing President Buhari.
