1. Conviction is a super power. @TeladocHealth has been a roller coaster of a stock.

Underlying company has been doing great, projecting FY2021 85% revenue growth but the stock is now where it was 12 months ago. Bulls remain bullish

2. The media makes a lot of noise. Tune it out.

Everyday, CNBC mentions $TDOC and some stocks as overvalued, which is true in a rising interest environment.

However, some even say it will never recover. Absurd IMO

They said thesame when $AMZN lost 90% of its value

Telehealth is the now and the future.

The leader is $TDOC, especially with the acquisition of Livongo Health. That was the game changer.

With presence in 175 countries, imagine the revenue streams if they can expand Livongo offerings to half or all of these countries.

$AMZN moving into the telehealth space, even as the pandemic is winding down, legitimizes the space.

I see this as more bullish for $TDOC than bearish.

$AMZN did not kill $ETSY

$AMZN did not kill $SHOP

$AMZN did not kill $PYPL

$AMZN will not kill $TDOC.

Why? cos these companies have a unique moat that will be difficult for Amazon to defeat.

Livongo acquisition and the international presence are $TDOC's key moat for now

Ofcourse, there are risks that present and continued acquisitions by $TDOC may not yield expected synergies.

However, given their expertise with successfully managing acquisitions, I see failed acquisition risks as low.
