Potatoes, Eggs, and Coffee Beans

Once upon a time a daughter complained to her father that her life was miserable and that she didn’t know how she was going to make it. She was tired of fighting and struggling all the time. It seemed just as one problem was solved,

another one soon followed.

Her father, a chef, took her to the kitchen. He filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Once the three pots began to boil, he placed potatoes in one pot, eggs in the second pot, and ground coffee beans in the third pot.

He then let them sit and boil, without saying a word to his daughter. The daughter, moaned and impatiently waited, wondering what he was doing.

After twenty minutes he turned off the burners. He took the potatoes out of the pot and placed them in a bowl.

The Elephant Rope

As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their

bonds but for some reason, they did not.

He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. “Well,” trainer said, “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to

hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away.They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”

The man was amazed.These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t,

Yesterday we were driving through various constituencies in Salem and Dharmapuri districts , there is no sign of elections going on , a decade ago all the streets would be full of cutouts, flags festoons , blaring audio , posters etc , what a remarkable change, kudos to EC

But now i see a visible shift in electioneering, a decade ago parties were aggressively putting across their POV, parties were actively engaging with voters on the ground, electioneering used to go on for atleast two months, now its just a matter of 3 weeks max

Since my childhood elections were all about political parties & meetings,the streets were full of rival party songs & speeches, children couldn't prepare for their annual exams it was a nuisance. But now on close observation i see most parties have stopped street corner meetings

This is going to incite caste clashes in TN instead of healing the wounds.

There is one guy called mama valavan , he has openly said the semen of my caste boys should impregnate the wombs of women belonging to all other castes

This manifesto perfectly fits Mama Valavans agenda

This is certain recipe for cast clashes and disaster

Already caste tensions are at the brink of explosion in many parts of TN , this manifesto is going to incite caste clashes once this happens , conversion mafia will have a fertile ground to harvest souls

read it as Institution , Annual subsidy in RS Crores received by the institution , No of Dalits employed
